Denture Stabilization Implants
Denture Stabilization at a VALUE you've come to expect from Dixie Dental.
Dental implant therapy has been one of the most significant advances in dentistry in the past 25 years. Hundreds of thousands of denture wearers now enjoy the quality of life and confidence that long-term denture stability brings.
Denture wearers - new and experienced - know that the lower denture presents the most difficulty when adjusting to dentures. It can be frustrating as you attempt to eat certain foods or even to speak with confidence without fear that your lower denture will begin to float in your mouth.
The Dental Implant Solution
Many affiliated Dixie Dental practices offer a solution called a Denture Stabilization System, also referred to as Mini Dental Implants (MDI). In most cases, these implants can be placed and attached to your upper or lower denture in the same visit. In about an hour, you can be on your way with a secure denture and able to eat and speak much more confidently.
And, most importantly, denture stabilization implants offered by Dixie Dental are much more affordable, compared to other dental offices.
Dentures Stabilization in One Visit
The denture stabilization system consists of a few miniature titanium posts that are inserted into your jaw bone and act like the roots of your teeth. A retaining fixture is added to the base of your denture that snaps onto the head of the posts.
Placement of the implants is accomplished quickly and easily in this dental office. The procedure generally takes just over an hour. It is a one-step procedure that requires no sutures or lengthy healing period.
